Michal oversees Tongue & Groove Property Services in Jupiter, FL, specializing in estate management and luxury home renovations. With extensive experience managing numerous multi-million dollar projects and more than 15 years as a Yacht Manager and Master, Michal has successfully led operations across a fleet of several vessels and directed dozens of crew and contractors. He brings this sophisticated, collaborative leadership style to his interactions with clients, subcontractors, and the Property Services team, ensuring each property is expertly maintained and thoughtfully enhanced to meet the exacting standards of our discerning clientele.

Estate Executive
With over seven years of experience in high end property management, Aaron brings a refined, detail-oriented approach to every home, ensuring properties operate at peak performance and are always prepared for a client’s arrival. He is known for anticipating needs before they arise and creating a seamless, hotel-like experience that removes the stress and headaches from luxury homeownership.
Inspired by his grandfather, a homebuilder, Aaron developed a deep respect for craftsmanship and property care from an early age. His passion for hospitality and design is evident in the ease and peace of mind he strives to deliver to clients.
One of Aaron’s proudest accomplishments was establishing and scaling a property management team in the Hamptons, where he formed partnerships with brands like Marriott and Le Labo and managed homes featured in national publications. He served as Regional Director for StayMarquis in the Hamptons and later oversaw estates in West Palm Beach.
Aaron holds a BA in Business Management from Rollins College located in Winter Park Fl. This shaped his ability to lead teams and serve high-net-worth clients. Having lived in Connecticut, Montauk, New York City, Boca Raton, and West Palm Beach, he is adept at tailoring service to diverse lifestyles. -
